Job Responsibilities:

  • Capture arising market opportunities
  • Acquisition of new customers 
  • Management of existing customers from Pre-Sales to After Sales support
  • Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs 
  • Support marketing activities and market communication
  • Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
  • Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region.


Qualification Criteria:

  • Degree in Business or Engineering 
  • Minimum 5 years field sales experience in PV industry. Thorough knowledge of PV local market industry dynamics and landscape is required.
  • Recent and  successful B2B sales experience in international PV/ Solar or related ndustry 
  • Experience in working for global companies and must have an international mindset
  • Experience in Distribution & C& I space
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles (existing customer base)
  • Solid knowledge of Storage Solution is an added advantage
  • Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong negotiation, communication , problem solving and organization skills
  • Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis. 



Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead commercial team to ensure business growth and increase market share across markets and segments
  • Identify new business opportunities within territory
  • Provide support to the sales team on clients management and negotiations, as well as
    develop clients and negotiate contracts of your own
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Take ownership on all sales-related matters in the region and communicate effectively to
    General Manager and HQ
  • Work effectively with supportng functions to ensure optimal and timely support of
    commercial activities.


Qualification Criteria:

  • Recent and relevant PV sales experience in Sub-Saharan region
  • University Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Confidence and foresight in soliciting for new businesses and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Ability to negotiate sales deals that contribute to the company top and bottom lines
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
    levels of the organization, both external and internal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A leader and motivator for the sales team.
